Some friends and I wanted to ride together at larger events without risk of losing each other. We also wanted to look like a team.
Most teams are exclusive; we wanted ours to be different, inclusive. For that reason we named ourselves OpenCycleTeam. If you wish to join us, simply get one of our jerseys. The design files are available below for the jersey in cyan, but feel free to ask your jersey printer to change the cyan to any other colour. On-screen, the design works well in bright red, yellow and white.
As well as promoting this website, the jersey features the Ubuntu project logos on the side panels. We chose to promote Ubuntu because we use and value their products, and because we thought the jersey needed a second “sponsor” before we would look like a proper team outfit.
